This task force covers Massachusetts state highways. The goal is to organize, standardize, and expand the articles on Massachusetts state highways.

Naming conventions

Articles should be named Massachusetts Route x per AA:NC. When talking about a route, use the text Route x.

Categories

All state highways should include the category tag: [[Category:Numbered routes in Massachusetts|nnnA]] where nnn is 3-digit route number, and A is the letter designation if any (e.g. Route 1A is "001A", Route 2 is "002").

Shields

All state route shields have been created in the format MA Route X, where X is the route number.
