The R407 is a Regional Route in South Africa that connects Willowmore with Prince Albert Road and the N1 via Klaarstroom and Prince Albert.[1]
Route
The R407 begins in Willowmore, Eastern Cape, at a junction with the N9 national route (Knysna Street). It heads west for 93 kilometres, crossing into the Western Cape, to reach a junction with the N12 national route at Klaarstroom. The R407 joins the N12 westwards for 7 kilometres before becoming its own road westwards while the N12 turns to the north.[1]
The R407 continues westwards for 42 kilometres to meet the northern terminus of the R328 route. It then turns northwards and heads for 6 kilometres to pass through the town of Prince Albert before continuing north-west for another 43 kilometres to reach its end at a junction with the N1 national route at Prince Albert Road.[1]
