The Ministry of Transportation and Economic Corridors, also known as Alberta Transportation, is the division of the Government of Alberta responsible for the creation and maintenance of the provincial highway system, the promotion of passenger rail, the regulation of commercial driving, and the creation and enforcement of policies and guidelines thereof. The headquarters of the ministry are in the Twin Atria Building in eastern Edmonton.
