There are two parameters:
- logo: the name of the logo for that department, minus the File: prefix
- dept: the department name
- type: set to "sub" to change the wording to indicate that page is a subpage of a department
To add shortcuts, place them after the department name as additional parameters
Using
{{AARoads:United States/Dept header |logo= USRD MTF.svg |dept=Maps |AA:MAPS}} produces:
