The Autovía de los Viñedos, numbered CM-42, is a motorway in Spain that runs through through Castilla-La Mancha and links Toledo with Tomelloso.

It follows the route of the old C-400 between Toledo and Tomelloso, although this road continues in a two-way direction until Sotuélamos, where it connects with the N-430 towards Albacete.

At its beginning, it is a continuation of the highway A-42, which connects with other highways and highways such as A-40 and P-41.

In Madridejos it communicates with the A-4 and in Tomelloso with the A-43, constituting the main communication route between Toledo and Albacete through the itinerary A-43AP-36 (toll-free section) →A-31 . It is also used by Madrid vacationers who avoid the A-3 or AP-36 through A-42CM-42N-430 and from there Alicante (|A-31), Murcia (A-30) or Valencia (A-35 or N-322 and A-3). You can also choose in Munera to take the CM-313 to Hellín and continue on the A-30 to Murcia and the A-7 to Alicante. It is also used as an alternative to the R-4, making AP-41→CM-42→A-4

Its entire route runs through the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha and, in addition, it was completely financed by the Board of Communities of Castilla-La Mancha.

Its complete route entered into service in December 2005. It crosses the municipalities of Burguillos de Toledo, Nambroca, Almonacid de Toledo, Mora, Consuegra, Madridejos, Camuñas, Villafranca de los Caballeros, Herencia, Alcázar de San Juan (including the district of Alameda de Cervera) and Tomelloso.
