Scott Nazelrod is a bureaucrat on this wiki, as well as an administrator on the AARoads forum.
He lived in Oklahoma for the majority of his life (other than a year spent in Missouri for college), and has been to all 77 of the state's counties. He currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he participates in such wild and crazy Vegas activities like going to the grocery store and not watering the lawn.
On Wikipedia, his main claims to fame is creating the "WikiWork" article assessment metric, as well as the original iteration of the {{cite map}} template (before it got all Lua-y).
He also operates the bot account Bot5114.
