People sit there and read through junction lists, looking for errors. This wastes much time at USRD.
While the standards at AA:RJL should definitely be followed, the other parts of the article are being ignored. Who cares if the shields are not state-name or the wrong size or if the comma is in the wrong place or the control cities are or are not listed - when the rest of the article is a heap of trash?
