The Durham Freeway is a freeway in Durham County, North Carolina, primarily constructed to provide a controlled-access connection to Durham for traffic coming from the Wake County communities southeast of the city, including Raleigh.
From south to north, it follows:
- Interstate 885 (I-885) from I-40 at Research Triangle Park to North Carolina Highway 147 (NC 147) in southeast Durham
- North Carolina Highway 147 from its interchange with I-885, through downtown Durham to I-85 in northwest Durham
