AARoads:Maps/Request instructions

To those requesting a map

1. Type the article name as a wikilink in the Subject/headline box below.
2. State what that article's current class is. Check the article's talk page if you're not sure what class it is.
3. Let us know on the Action required: line if this is a new request or a correction to an older map.

   If it's a correction, link to the map in question. Be sure to place a colon before "Image" or "File" (like this: [[:File:<link to map>]]) so the image doesn't display and explain how the map should be corrected.

4. Leave a short blurb regarding your request, such as any special instructions for the cartographer. At the end of your comments, please sign (~~~~).
5. Be sure to remove all the comments (<!-- ... -->) from each line.
6. Save the page.

To those fulfilling requests

1. To accept a request, sign up for it by changing the Status: line to :'''Accepted''' --~~~~ or simply make the map.
2. Once the map is uploaded (preferably to Wikimedia Commons), post in the appropriate section below with {{done}} [[:File:<link to map>]] ~~~~.
3. The completed request will be archived within a day or two.
