      • Yes, guidance changed for two reasons. First, Newspapers.com clippings technically don't comply with Open Access requirements. For a period of time, there was the suggestion that we use {{free access}} instead, but then the CS1 templates indicate access anyway, making the icon at the end of a citation superfluous as the second reason.
